GUIDE TO PAY WITH VNPAY ON WEBSITE

The VNPAY payment gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers use credit/debit cards or bank accounts, and the QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature is integrated into the Mobile Banking applications of various banks or linked e-wallets for transaction payments and entering discount codes (if available).

Payment methods through VNPAY.

1. Payment method through the "VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Application"

Step 1: Select your desired product or service and choose "Pay now" or "Place order." On the payment page, please review the selected items, fill in the recipient's information, choose the VNPAY payment method, and press the "Place order now" button.

Step 2: The payment screen will switch to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the method "VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Application."

Step 3: The system displays the QR code along with the amount to be paid. Please verify this amount. Use your banking application (as listed), select "Scan Code", and proceed to scan the QR code on the payment website screen.
Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes. For a successful payment process, customers are advised to familiarize themselves with the conditions and steps for scanning the code on their phones in advance, avoiding any issues related to timing that may impact your payment and promotions.

Step 4: Check the information, enter the discount code (if applicable), and complete the payment. Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation notification for the placed order on the website.

2. Payment method via "Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts"

Step 1: Select your desired product or service and choose "Pay now" or "Place order." On the payment page, please review the selected items, fill in the recipient's information, choose the VNPAY payment method, and press the "Place order now" button.

Step 2: The payment screen will switch to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the method "Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts" and choose the bank you want to use for payment from the list.

Step 3: Please enter the required card/account information as requested and select "Continue." An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered phone; enter the OTP to complete the transaction.
Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes

Step 4: Once the payment is successfully completed,
you will receive a confirmation notification for the placed order on the website.
